Engineering Manager

• Lead and mentor the development team, driving technical excellence and upskilling members
• Architect and build new products and services (SaaS, plugins and more)
• Implement Software Development best practices and processes that fit the Agile methodologies’ philosophy
• Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders to discover needs and find the best ways to address them technically
• Take on hands-on engineering work, writing and reviewing code, unblocking impediments and guiding the rest of the team
• Monitor the impact of delivered solutions and drive continuous improvement

Software Engineering Manager

Payroll

• Preparing and executing the calculation of the company's monthly payroll
• Calculating and monitoring liabilities to insurance funds
• Being responsible for the compliance with all the obligations of the company to the system of the Ministry of Labor (ERGANI) in accordance with the existing labor provisions (Announcements of Recruitment, Departures, Schedules of Working Hours, etc.)
• Undertaking the creation of employees' employment contracts
• Being responsible for the recruitment-departure process in accordance with labor regulations
• Monitoring employees' leaves
• Managing labor issues
• Monitoring changes in labor legislation
• Handling paperwork regarding employees
• Creating regular reports with data of employees for the needs of the Management, Financial Management and the Human Resources department, as well as extraordinary reports for other departments of the company
• Monitoring the contracts and controlling the payroll of the employees through the cooperating Temporary Employment Companies
• Executing all the obligations that the company has as an indirect employer in relation to the Ministry of Labor
• Monitoring the obligations of the company regarding the cooperating Temporary Employment Companies
