About the role
- Lead planning and execution of in-person events (executive summits, tradeshows, conferences, and partner activations) as well as digital programs
- Infuse events with persona-based insights, tailoring agendas, speakers, and experiences to healthcare executives, clinicians, and operational leaders
- Build experiential activations that elevate customer experience and create memorable surprise-and-delight moments
- Stay current on Ambience solutions and customer success stories to ensure content is accurate and compelling
- Partner with Customer Marketing and Care Transformation to identify and showcase the right customer champions at events
- Translate complex product capabilities into messaging that resonates with different personas
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and clinical teams to develop storylines, demos, and presentations that reinforce Ambience’s value
- Partner with Sales to understand target accounts and pipeline goals and design programs that influence decision-making and accelerate opportunities
- Manage event logistics, vendors, budgets, and timelines with precision and apply consistent planning frameworks
- Identify and secure speaking opportunities for Ambience executives and customer champions at top-tier industry events
- Track engagement quality, connect event outcomes to pipeline influence, capture feedback, and continuously evolve event strategy
Requirements
- Proven track record managing in-person B2B events (executive summits, tradeshows, and conferences) and virtual programs
- Strong ability to frame narratives and translate technical solutions into persona-relevant messaging
- Experience collaborating with Sales to align programs with target accounts and pipeline goals
- Vendor and budget management expertise
- Data-driven mindset for assessing ROI and improving program design
- Experience marketing into health systems or healthcare enterprises (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with ABM platforms and persona-targeting tools (nice-to-have)
- Creative flair for designing experiential activations that deliver memorable surprise-and-delight moments (nice-to-have)
