• Use SAP/MRP, the Supplies Portal and S&OP to plan needs and turn analysis into action.
• Execute call-offs and track deliveries, resolving deviations promptly.
• Monitor critical KPIs and anticipate risks of stockouts, excess inventory or obsolescence.
• Connect key areas (factories, supply, purchasing, transportation, planning) to align decisions and ensure operational flow.
• Participate in planning forums and operational routines, adjusting plans to reflect day-to-day realities.
• Propose improvements, automate routines and leverage data to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure execution of the schedule for materials change projects.
