About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the monthly management close process, ensuring consolidation and analysis of financial information.
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of Forecast and Budget, contributing to the quality and consistency of projections.
  • Help prepare management reports, performance indicators (KPIs) and presentations to support decision-making.
  • Perform variance analyses between actuals, budget and forecast, identifying major deviations and opportunities.
  • Work on maintaining and improving processes, seeking greater efficiency, standardization and automation of the area's routines.
  • Collaborate with different areas of the company to collect, validate and analyze financial information.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related fields.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Basic knowledge of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow).
  • Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning.
  • Organized, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
  • Advanced English.
  • Knowledge of BI and SAP is a plus.
