- Mission to save the planet, fix utilities and make people happy
- Develop commercially astute and impactful products for household-name clients
- Associate Director responsible for delivering ambitious growth targets
- Responsible for renewing, retaining and growing an existing portfolio of customers and leveraging property market relationships
- Collaborate with Client Success and commercial teams to ensure smooth handovers and identify growth and upsell opportunities
- Support and mentor Relationship Managers in account development and skills growth
Requirements
- Experience in and passion for the property industry, either direct or very close into the sector
- A highly experienced Relationship Manager from the property/utilities sector with a passion for sustainability
- A history of delivering stretching growth targets in a sales and account management capacity
- Thrives in a results oriented, customer centred environment where relationships are critical
- Ability to make the complex simple, dissolving the complexity of utilities for customers
- Ability to empathise and assimilate into the view of the customer to leverage best outcomes
- Strong people skills; builds strong long-lasting relationships quickly
