About the role
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of IBM Maximo for Asset & Waste Management.
- Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies for Maximo deployment.
- Oversee configuration management processes, ensuring version control and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define workflows, and ensure system alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL, ISO, and regulatory standards for asset and waste management.
- Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and consultants to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
- Provide guidance on data migration, integrations, and reporting related to Maximo.
- Manage project documentation, including configuration baselines, change logs, and test plans.
- Lead training sessions and workshops to ensure end-user adoption of Maximo solutions.
- Support talent acquisition and interview stages as part of the hiring process when needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Asset Management or Waste Management domains.
- Strong knowledge of IBM Maximo, including configuration, customization, and administration.
- Experience with Configuration Management tools and processes (e.g., version control, change management).
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and best practices in asset lifecycle management.
- Experience in data migration, API integrations, and reporting within Maximo.
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL certification is a plus.
- Must meet Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS).
- Candidates requiring sponsorship or holding a visa of any type will not be considered.
- Role is a 12 Month fixed-term contract.
