About the role

  • Client visits.
  • Acquire and prospect clients through received contacts and other internal company channels, visits to construction sites, trade shows, and phone calls.
  • Maintain frequent contact with the internal sales team for the building installations product line; manage customer maintenance, loyalty, and after-sales.
  • Prepare commercial proposals that align with client needs: estimates and order closing.
  • Keep records of customer inquiries for future contacts and negotiations (registrations, builder profiles, and mailings kept up to date).
  • Monitor the market for pricing practices, negotiation trends and competitors.
  • Track the order book and billing for your region to ensure targets are met.
  • Reconcile accounts with the finance department: submit expense reports in accordance with company procedures and provide a monthly travel schedule in advance.
  • Produce reports with a monthly overview of your region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commercial Management or related fields;
  • Essential experience in the civil construction sector;
  • Experience in client prospecting and portfolio management;
  • Good communication: ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing;
  • Resilience: ability to handle rejection and challenges while maintaining motivation and focus on goals;
  • Flexibility: adapt to different situations and demands, adjusting approaches as needed;
  • Proactivity and self-responsibility: strong sense of ownership for results and willingness to take initiative to achieve targets.
