About the role
- Client visits.
- Acquire and prospect clients through received contacts and other internal company channels, visits to construction sites, trade shows, and phone calls.
- Maintain frequent contact with the internal sales team for the building installations product line; manage customer maintenance, loyalty, and after-sales.
- Prepare commercial proposals that align with client needs: estimates and order closing.
- Keep records of customer inquiries for future contacts and negotiations (registrations, builder profiles, and mailings kept up to date).
- Monitor the market for pricing practices, negotiation trends and competitors.
- Track the order book and billing for your region to ensure targets are met.
- Reconcile accounts with the finance department: submit expense reports in accordance with company procedures and provide a monthly travel schedule in advance.
- Produce reports with a monthly overview of your region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commercial Management or related fields;
- Essential experience in the civil construction sector;
- Experience in client prospecting and portfolio management;
- Good communication: ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing;
- Resilience: ability to handle rejection and challenges while maintaining motivation and focus on goals;
- Flexibility: adapt to different situations and demands, adjusting approaches as needed;
- Proactivity and self-responsibility: strong sense of ownership for results and willingness to take initiative to achieve targets.
