About the role

  • Prospect New Clients: Identify and approach potential clients who align with the company’s strategy.
  • Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with major accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and the retention of supply contracts.
  • Sales Tracking: Monitor and report on sales progress, using team tools and reports to ensure targets are met.
  • Consultative Sales: Conduct complex, consultative sales by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions that align with AUTODOC products.
  • Interaction and Networking: Build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives, presenting proposals and solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Demand Management: Manage existing demand with resilience and an understanding that immediate sales may not always occur; the focus should be on building long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • Experience with consultative, complex, and long-cycle sales.
  • Knowledge of products and services related to the construction industry.
  • Proven sales experience in the construction sector, with emphasis on dry construction (lightweight/drywall systems).
  • Strong Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and challenges while maintaining motivation and focus on goals.
  • Flexibility: Adapt to different situations and demands, adjusting approaches as needed.
  • Proactivity and Self-Responsibility: Strong sense of ownership over results and willingness to take initiative to achieve targets.
