About the role
- - The Support Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day support of all hardware, software, and IT systems at Amazing Care HHS.
- - This role ensures smooth operation of technology, provides end-user support, and helps maintain secure and efficient systems across the organization.
- - The Support Analyst supports daily IT operations across hardware and software systems, providing end-user assistance with device setup, installation, troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
- - This role monitors and maintains Microsoft 365 services, including user licensing and security groups, and performs basic account maintenance and troubleshooting.
- - The analyst helps orient staff to IT systems and tools, maintains strict confidentiality of patient and company information, and reports any system changes or issues that may impact the organization.
Requirements
- - At least 1 year of relevant IT experience or equivalent combination of education and certifications
- - Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments
- - Familiarity with Ubiquiti UniFi network systems
- - Strong verbal and written communication skills
- - Customer-focused with a helpful, responsive approach
- - Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing IT environment
- - Ability to manage tasks, prioritize work, and take ownership
