About the role

  • Support Amadeus’ security awareness program by helping colleagues understand cybersecurity risks and adopt safer practices.
  • Maintain and update the security awareness intranet community.
  • Share security awareness content globally on Viva Engage using posts and infographics.
  • Support the security awareness ambassador program by gathering feedback and contributing to continuous improvements.
  • Create training content and phishing simulations using KnowBe4, and review results.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to security awareness initiatives.
  • Assess campaign effectiveness using data insights and participant feedback.
  • Build dashboards and reports using Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, videos, and live security awareness events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience or demonstrated interest in communication, reporting, or awareness‑driven initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and charts.
  • Experience using Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate to support reporting and automation needs.
  • Ability to explain complex topics clearly to diverse audiences in English.
  • Experience using Canva or similar tools to create visual communication materials.
  • A proactive, structured approach to work, with an understanding of business needs and a focus on delivering high‑quality outcomes.
