About the role
- Promote AMA Insurance products through coordinated outbound calls and supporting an inbound sales queue.
- Effectively articulate the value of our products and explain pricing in a simple, empathetic, and professional manner.
- Attend training sessions to advance product knowledge.
- Deliver a TYLF (treat you like family) experience in all interactions with customers and co-workers.
Requirements
- You have a high school diploma (bonus points for related post-secondary education).
- You have 2-3 years of previous sales experience.
- Great if it’s phone sales/call centre experience, even better if it’s insurance experience!
- You have a general understanding of insurance and are ready to learn even more.
- Your communication and documentation skills are top-notch.
- This position requires a General Insurance Certificate of Authority Level 1.
