Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Communications, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in organizational change management, digital transformation, or professional development within a large, matrixed organization
Demonstrated hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, or similar)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Deep understanding of human-technology interaction and behavioral change principles
Master’s degree or PhD in related fields is preferred
Proven ability in advanced prompt engineering
Prior experience in the nonprofit sector is a plus
Familiarity with learning management systems and digital education platforms is beneficial
Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter) is desirable
