• Reporting to the Head of HR, the Human Resources Operations Manager will help elevate our HR infrastructure amid rapid company growth.
• Streamline HR processes, enhance the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, and manage HR compliance program.
• Champion, lead and optimize HR processes across the full employee lifecycle.
• Manage HR systems (PEO/HRIS, ATS, LMS, payroll), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
• Proactively anticipate and conduct regular HR and payroll data audits and management reporting.
• Lead onboarding, offboarding, and employee transitions for employees and contractors.
• Create and deliver exceptional employee support while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Lead benefits selection and administration and other related health/welfare programs.
• Drive HR data management including compensation analysis, equity strategies, and demographic analysis.
• Partner with Legal on facilitating visa and immigration processes.
• Ensure compliant, accurate employee records.
• Take the lead in auditing and delivering data requests working in tandem with Finance colleagues.
• Create compensation equity reviews, coordinate a total compensation strategy, and advise on organizational changes.
• Create new approaches for performance management and career development design.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and Talent Acquisition to streamline HR operations.
• Lead talent acquisitions strategies as needed, including assessment and interview coordination.

Human Resources Operations Manager

Solutions Engineer

• Support the planning, installation, and configuration of all data acquisition systems at clinical sites.
• Identify software and hardware requirements at clinical sites, aiming to enhance data quality across all modalities.
• Act as the technical intermediary between the clinical sites and Altos Data Science teams, facilitating seamless collaboration and communication for all biomarker data-related activities.
• Analyze and rectify product issues by leveraging extensive engineering expertise and conducting in-depth analyses.
• Deliver both remote and in-person training and troubleshooting sessions to clinical sites, as required, assisting with documentation of training for systems used to gather biomarker data.
• Maintain comprehensive oversight of all clinical trial assets and generate projections to ensure improved fulfillment of site requirements.
• Track and visualize incoming biomarker data from all Alto trials, generating concise summary reports.
• Ensure that project deliverables and tasks meet the highest technical standards and adhere to internal SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and document all biomarker related activities from clinical sites and act as intermediary between Altos Engineering and Clinical Teams.
• May assist in feature generation of site facing software products.
• May assist in study related start-up processes and monitor clinical site data.

Research Analyst

• Perform site management and act as the primary liaison to the investigator and site staff
• Conduct Site Evaluation, Site Initiation, Interim Monitoring, Close-out, and other study-specific visits
• Assist with the preparation of appropriate training materials
• Evaluate the quality and integrity of site practices to ensure GCP compliance
• Manage site and study progress by tracking regulatory submissions and data query resolution
• Ensure the collection and maintenance of required essential documents
• Train site staff on proper preparation and handling of investigational products
• Develop a patient recruitment plan in conjunction with the site
• Verify informed consent and proper reporting of adverse events
• Ensure deviations from regulations are documented and communicated appropriately
