About the role
- Implementing Altium's HR and people strategies
- Administering core HR policies and procedures
- Providing assistance and support to Plant leadership
- Creating a culture that values retention and coaching
- Acting as a business partner to Plant leadership for HR activities
- Ensuring proper application of company policy and employment laws
- Facilitating employee relations initiatives and rewards programs
- Administering performance review program and salary administration
- Partnering with in-house legal counsel as needed
Requirements
- 2 to 3 Years of HR Generalist Experience
- 1 Year of Recruitment Experience Preferred
- 1 Year of Employee Relations Experience
- 1 Year of Employee Investigation Experience
- 1 Year of Administration Experience (generalist payroll, etc.)
- Strong influence skills
- Excellent and proven leadership ability
- Demonstrated success with multi-tasking
- Strong organization skills
