• Manage a defined region or client locations as a promotional products distributor
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
• Research products and make tailored recommendations based on client briefs
• Negotiate best pricing with suppliers and prepare competitive customer quotes
• Manage the end-to-end order process
• Communicate proactively and professionally with clients and manufacturers
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Generate leads through networking and outreach
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects using HubSpot or equivalent CRM
