Store Manager – Business Development

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a defined region or client locations as a promotional products distributor
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Research products and make tailored recommendations based on client briefs
- Negotiate best pricing with suppliers and prepare competitive customer quotes
- Manage the end-to-end order process
- Communicate proactively and professionally with clients and manufacturers
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Generate leads through networking and outreach
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects using HubSpot or equivalent CRM
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current Store Manager or PT Store Manager (internal applicants only)
- Experience in or strong interest in the promotional products industry
- Confident, proactive communicator
- Commercial awareness with the ability to negotiate pricing
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and HubSpot or similar CRM
- Good understanding of basic business mathematics
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
