About the role
- Refine and execute a strategic plan to drive default services sales
- Establish strong client relationships with top-tier enterprise customers
- Conduct extensive prospecting and relationship-building activities
- Perform thoughtful needs analyses to identify true foreclosure and default servicing needs
- Deliver consultative, value-led sales presentations
- Create, manage, and refine detailed sales strategies and roadmaps
- Attend key industry events and networking opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Work with legal and executive stakeholders for MSAs and SOWs
Requirements
- Extensive field services and default sales experience within the mortgage industry
- 3+ years of direct enterprise sales experience in service-based offerings
- Proven cold-calling skills and success converting targets into clients
- Deep mortgage industry expertise and understanding of the real estate ecosystem
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with senior leadership and decision-makers
- Strong understanding of operational workflows and default management processes
- Working knowledge of RESPA compliance and ethical sales practices
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and modern sales-enablement tools
- A proactive, self-starter mindset
