About the role
- support the installation, maintenance and performance of equipment across North America
- perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues
- carry out on-site interventions
- support the installed base through repair, calibration and technical follow-up
- contribute to the installation and commissioning of systems
- provide basic technical support and training to end users
- act as a key point of contact for customers in the field
- work closely with teams in France
Requirements
- 3 to 8 years of experience in a hands-on role such as Field Service Technician, Maintenance Technician or Technical Support
- technical background (electronics, instrumentation, mechanical, mechatronics or similar)
- strong customer-facing skills
- ability to explain technical topics clearly and support users
- reliable, proactive and solution-oriented
- fluent English required; French is a plus
