About the role
- Lead full cycle sales, from prospect through close
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate prospects through targeted account planning and outbound communication
- Build relationships to understand customer’s processes and problems
- Connect prospect’s business objectives with Alteryx solutions
- Develop, manage & grow pipeline through prospecting and expansions
- Learn proficiency in the Alteryx platform and product portfolio
- Manage a high volume of outbound and inbound communications
- Achieve sales results while managing business through forecasting and planning
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience at a software/technology company
- Experience identifying and closing quick sales wins
- Experience selling to and influencing software users, mid-level managers, and C-level executives
- Track record of qualifying and/or closing software transactions
- Exceptional time and people management skills
- Strong entrepreneurial drive and work ethic
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
