About the role
- Overall responsibility for ongoing and upcoming projects from the point of approval
- Coordination and management of projects after approval, including coordinating trades and contractors for project execution
- Early assessment of the implications of regulatory requirements on the construction phase
- Development of decommissioning sequences and dismantling concepts in collaboration with technical departments
- Ensuring processes in accordance with our Stage Gate methodology
- Regular project meetings with relevant departments and external stakeholders
- Responsibility for budget and construction schedule
- Handover of projects into operation after project acceptance
Requirements
- Degree in engineering, a technician qualification in an engineering/technical field, or an equivalent qualification
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes in wind energy required
- Solid experience in multi-project management
- Understanding of commercial and legal matters
- Basic MS Office skills
- Very good German (written and spoken) and good English skills
- Structured and organized working style
- Willingness to travel
- Driving license class B (car)
