About the role

  • Responsibility for a defined asset portfolio in the Eastern region
  • Ensure claim management and independently conduct negotiations
  • Support ensuring operations are compliant with permits/authorizations
  • Contract management, including monitoring contract terms and durations
  • Prepare performance analyses (e.g., availability, downtime) and develop optimization measures
  • Review and approve invoices
  • Point of contact for partners, authorities, landowners, grid operators and other stakeholders
  • Monthly reporting for the portfolio
  • Analyze regulatory frameworks and industry trends and identify required actions
  • Contribute to the further development and digitalization of asset management

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in wind energy
  • Solid knowledge of wind turbine technology and contract/claim management
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Assertiveness, negotiation skills and strong analytical abilities
  • Team player with strong communication skills and initiative
  • Structured and organized working style
  • Willingness to travel and a valid driving license (Class B; BE advantageous)
  • Fluent German and English (business-level proficiency)
