About the role

  • Lead and execute on paid media and ABM campaigns from planning to delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn creative briefs into shipped ad assets, connect performance data across systems, and deliver real-time dashboards.
  • Take ownership of complex tasks and provide deep in-platform performance expertise across search, paid social, and retargeting.
  • Drive pipeline impact by refining targeting, running experiments, and boosting conversion.
  • Propose improvements and help establish account tiering, segmentation models, targeting playbooks, and reporting standards.
  • Mentor and support team members, sharing knowledge and fostering growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS performance marketing, with paid media and ABM required.
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads, with exposure to other paid channels (including display) and follow-up email campaigns and sequences.
  • Strong skills in paid search and paid social execution, segmentation and targeting, experiment design, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Proven experience running paid media across search, social, and display, with strong ABM depth.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across Marketing for execution, Operations for data, and Sales for conversion.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to solve ambiguous problems, execute quickly, work systematically, and iterate based on results.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic, and high-impact environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in a quantitative or business discipline (Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering), or equivalent experience.
