- Oversee all daily operations
- Develop and implement systems, policies, and processes
- Manage all employees and operational processes (SOPs)
- Promote a client-centered environment
- Facilitate programs and processes that meet client needs
- Review/approve timecards and payroll
- Assist with financial reporting and budget preparation
