Full-stack Engineer

• Implement new features with clean, testable, and well-documented code.
• Maintain production systems by monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving incidents.
• Refactor and modernize legacy code, reducing technical debt incrementally and safely.
• Investigate and fix bugs, identify root causes, and prevent regressions.
• Write and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) as part of the development workflow.
• Participate in code reviews, giving and receiving technical feedback constructively.
• Use AI-assisted IDEs (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate daily work, always critically reviewing generated content.
• Manage your own work in a task management tool (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, Linear), keeping status and estimates up to date.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and other teams to refine requirements and propose solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, standards, and architecture.
