About the role
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee requests and HR-related inquiries.
- Prepare and manage all documents related to employment contracts and internal transfers.
- Manage and update job descriptions and organizational charts.
- Oversee the management of temporary/contract staff.
- Develop and update procedures on HR topics.
- Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration.
- Monitor time tracking and absence management.
- Contribute to the optimization, harmonization, and standardization of HR processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, or equivalent.
- Several years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a generalist function.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office is essential; familiarity with HR systems such as Workday is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a practical, solution-focused approach.
- Fluent in French and English.
