About the role

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee requests and HR-related inquiries.
  • Prepare and manage all documents related to employment contracts and internal transfers.
  • Manage and update job descriptions and organizational charts.
  • Oversee the management of temporary/contract staff.
  • Develop and update procedures on HR topics.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration.
  • Monitor time tracking and absence management.
  • Contribute to the optimization, harmonization, and standardization of HR processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, or equivalent.
  • Several years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a generalist function.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and HR operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is essential; familiarity with HR systems such as Workday is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and a practical, solution-focused approach.
  • Fluent in French and English.
