About the role

  • Client support and consulting in the field of water analysis, including preparation of quotes and invoices
  • Plausibility checks and approval of test reports, as well as evaluation of analytical results
  • Revenue and results responsibility for own projects and regular monitoring of customer development
  • Receipt and handling of complaints and active management of process improvements
  • Project acquisition with defined revenue margins, particularly with existing customers

Requirements

  • Degree in a natural science (e.g., biology, geology) or engineering, or vocational training in environmental technology, chemical engineering, geosciences (e.g., Chemical-Technical Assistant (CTA), Environmental Protection Technical Assistant (UTA), Biological-Technical Assistant (BTA)), or equivalent professional experience/qualification
  • Professional experience in regulatory/monitoring authorities, engineering consultancies, utilities, or private laboratories is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and communication strengths
  • Confident customer-facing skills and strong presentation abilities
  • Proficient German language skills for social and professional use (minimum C1 level, spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and a valid driving license (Class B)
