About the role

  • Designing paid ad creatives
  • Designing web graphics (online shop, newsletters, social media...)
  • Creating promotional and campaign banners (e.g. sales, new product launches, seasonal campaigns, newsletter graphics)
  • Ensuring a consistent, high-quality visual language in line with our brand
  • Creating graphics for landing pages
  • Close collaboration with the performance marketing team
  • Using modern design tools & AI technologies (e.g. Canva, Adobe CC, Figma, MidJourney, Gemini)
  • Optional: Producing short videos or animated snippets for ads and social media.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as a Graphic Designer / Creative Designer in e-commerce or performance marketing (or equivalent), in D2C or agency environments
  • Understanding of sales-psychology principles (hooks, attention, benefits, CTAs)
  • Experience with paid social creatives (not purely print or brand design)
  • Creativity and a good sense for trends, modern design and brand aesthetics
  • Affinity for AI tools
  • Independent, structured working style with a strong commitment to quality.
