About the role
- Designing paid ad creatives
- Designing web graphics (online shop, newsletters, social media...)
- Creating promotional and campaign banners (e.g. sales, new product launches, seasonal campaigns, newsletter graphics)
- Ensuring a consistent, high-quality visual language in line with our brand
- Creating graphics for landing pages
- Close collaboration with the performance marketing team
- Using modern design tools & AI technologies (e.g. Canva, Adobe CC, Figma, MidJourney, Gemini)
- Optional: Producing short videos or animated snippets for ads and social media.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Graphic Designer / Creative Designer in e-commerce or performance marketing (or equivalent), in D2C or agency environments
- Understanding of sales-psychology principles (hooks, attention, benefits, CTAs)
- Experience with paid social creatives (not purely print or brand design)
- Creativity and a good sense for trends, modern design and brand aesthetics
- Affinity for AI tools
- Independent, structured working style with a strong commitment to quality.
