• - Apply SOPs and workflow logic while adapting to real-world customer scenarios
• - Use AI-assisted intake and routing tools as decision support, applying judgment to ensure quality
• - Set customers and downstream teams up for success through clear documentation and accurate handoffs
• - Maintain clean, complete data in internal systems
• - Provide feedback on workflows and flag gaps or edge cases
• - Handle high volumes of inbound inquiries while maintaining accuracy, clarity, and professionalism

• - Lead scheduled, consultative conversations with customers (phone or video)
• - Ask thoughtful questions to understand usage patterns, priorities, and constraints
• - Design 2–3 intentional system approaches rather than a single “answer”
• - Explain trade-offs between comfort, efficiency, cost, aesthetics, reliability, and installation complexity
• - Recommend a best-fit solution based on customer values, not price alone
• - Produce a clear, structured design summary for the Sales team to finalize the order
• - Act as a calm, trusted guide through a complex, high-stakes decision
