About the role
- Own and deliver against organic-sourced pipeline targets
- Scale traffic-to-pipeline efficiency across enterprise buying journeys
- Identify new web-driven pipe generation strategies
- Lead evolving SEO and AEO strategy
- Ensure competitive advantage in AI-influenced search environments
- Monitor algorithm and generative search shifts
- Partner closely with CRO to improve performance metrics
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of 3
- Drive alignment across Product, PMM, Web, and Sales
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, related field, or equivalent working experience.
- 7+ years of experience in SEO or organic growth, including technical SEO expertise
- Experience scaling organic search results at a late-stage or high-growth company.
- Experience with GA4, Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (Marketo/Bizible), and web testing solutions (VWO)
- Must demonstrate ownership of pipeline or revenue targets tied to organic search.
