About the role
- Own a portfolio of high-volume, repeatable roles, delivering full-cycle recruiting end-to-end, with scope and complexity increasing as experience develops.
- Screen candidates, manage interview processes and handle offer negotiations.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data in the ATS.
- Partner closely with recruiting coordinators to ensure smooth scheduling and interview logistics.
- Learn and apply best practices in sourcing, interviewing, full-cycle recruiting, and building strong partnerships with hiring managers.
- Partner in intake meetings with guidance, capturing role requirements and influencing recruiting processes, and progressively leading intakes independently as experience grows.
- Learn and apply inclusive hiring practices through sourcing, screening and candidate communication.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of full cycle recruitment experience with a strong interest in further building a career in Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Coachable and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and improve through feedback.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and positive attitude, contributing to a collaborative team culture.
- Proactive and resourceful, with a willingness to jump in, take initiative, and get things done.
