About the role
- Organizing and supporting trade fairs
- Planning and delivering training for 200 commercial trainees
- Organizing and running the introductory event for new trainees
- Supporting and coordinating trainers/instructors across our sites
- Coordinating and supporting dual-study (Duale Hochschule) students and interns
- Preparing personnel planning for the vocational training/apprenticeship area
Requirements
- Completed university degree or a commercial (business) vocational qualification
- Professional experience in operational HR work
- Structured and independent way of working with high quality standards
