Backend Engineer

• Architect workflows that utilize AI/ML to process claims, medical records and other data types to evaluate the optimal care path for health plan members
• Lead the integration and rollout of the Onos platform for new enterprise customers to provide actionable insights and recommendations to health plan administrators
• Own end-to-end development of new features and functionality for the Onos platform, including requirements gathering, scoping, architecting, implementation and testing to deliver timely and high quality outcomes
• Establish engineering best practices and technical foundations for future team growth
• Shape our technical roadmap, make key architectural decisions, and influence the company's product and technical strategy

Medical Reviewer

• Review ABA treatment plans and supporting clinical documentation for medical necessity and clinical appropriateness and compare platform-generated outputs, analyses, and recommendations against independent clinical review findings.
• Identify discrepancies, edge cases, or workflow gaps and provide structured feedback to support ongoing platform refinement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, product, engineering, and account management teams to help improve the product to ensure stellar customer experience
• Participate in calibration and inter-rater reliability activities to ensure consistency
• Assist in development and refinement of quality assurance and improvement methodologies, audit tools, and outcome metrics
• Perform other data validation tasks as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of findings and recommendations

Clinical Quality Reviewer – BCBA

Full-stack Engineer

• Develop LLM/NLU systems to process and extract meaningful information from clinical notes and medical documents, classify patients according to level-of-care guidelines, and make accurate recommendations
• Own and evolve our LLM evaluation harness, regression gates, and observability to ensure our systems catch accuracy regressions before they reach payers and prove the platform's reliability over time
• Extract structured data from visually complex clinical documents, including scanned charts, tables, and graphs using a mix of OCR, multimodal models, and classical ML
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate AI/ML capabilities seamlessly into the Onos platform
