Full-stack Engineer

• Take ownership of developing significant parts of the Onos platform, including user-facing applications and APIs
• Lead development of end-user web application used by healthcare administrators and providers
• Architect and implement major platform components to provide actionable insights and support workflows addressing fraud, waste, and abuse
• Prototype new features and use cases for demos and user feedback
• Establish engineering best practices and technical foundations for future team growth and AI-enabled coding
• Shape the technical roadmap, make architectural decisions, and influence product and design strategy
• Implement functionality related to machine learning pipelines that ingest medical standards, analyze medical records, and automate recommendations for clinical reviewers

• Take ownership of developing a significant part of the Onos platform through hands-on development and technical leadership
• Work closely with founding team and help build and lead a growing engineering team
• Architect and implement major platform components to provide actionable insights and recommendations to health plan administrators
• Develop robust integrations with healthcare systems and build scalable data pipelines for health records, provider directories, and claims processing
• Work closely with ML/LLM engineers to build and optimize models for behavioral and mental health
• Establish engineering best practices and technical foundations for future team growth
• Shape technical roadmap, make key architectural decisions, and influence product strategy
• Develop an intelligent engine that ingests complex medical standards of care documents and evaluates provider adherence to guidelines
• Design and implement sophisticated anomaly detection systems to identify fraudulent or abusive providers
• Build ML pipelines to analyze large amounts of medical records and automate recommendations for clinical reviewers
• Scale systems to process millions of healthcare records while maintaining strict security and compliance requirements
