About the role
- Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks supporting project managers and leadership
- Maintain and update internal trackers for projects, schedules, and operational activities
- Coordinate communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors
- Help prepare and organize project documentation, reports, and correspondence
- Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups with internal team members
- Monitor task lists and ensure operational deadlines and deliverables are tracked
- Assist with data entry, document management, and file organization across internal systems
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operational workflows
Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative, operations, or coordination experience
- Experience supporting construction, engineering, or project-based teams is preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work remotely while maintaining reliable communication during U.S. business hours
- Proficiency with common office software and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project tracking tools, etc.)
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through on tasks
