About the role

  • Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks supporting project managers and leadership
  • Maintain and update internal trackers for projects, schedules, and operational activities
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Help prepare and organize project documentation, reports, and correspondence
  • Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups with internal team members
  • Monitor task lists and ensure operational deadlines and deliverables are tracked
  • Assist with data entry, document management, and file organization across internal systems
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operational workflows

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative, operations, or coordination experience
  • Experience supporting construction, engineering, or project-based teams is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work remotely while maintaining reliable communication during U.S. business hours
  • Proficiency with common office software and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project tracking tools, etc.)
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through on tasks
