About the role
- Technical review and approval of architectural documents
- Preparation of living-area calculations using ArchiCAD based on existing floor plans
- Signing and stamping documents under the Bauvorlageberechtigung (authorization to submit building documentation)
- Quality assurance of floor plans, living-area calculations and building documentation
- Supporting the team on architectural questions
- Ensuring verifiable and standards-compliant documentation
- Occasional coordination with clients on technical queries
- Contributing to the development of our internal quality standards
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture
- Registered membership with a Chamber of Architects (Architektenkammer)
- Bauvorlageberechtigung (authorization to submit building documentation) and own architect’s stamp
- Excellent German skills (C1) spoken and written
- Experience preparing living-area calculations (e.g. according to WoFlV or DIN 277)
- Proficient in ArchiCAD
- Structured, precise and responsible working style
- Confident handling of digital plan documents
- Experience in reviewing and documenting building records
