About the role
- Perform outbound sales calls to customers on existing databases.
- Cold-calling prospective clients and explaining our products to them.
- Upsell the products to customers by sharing the companys promotions or deals.
- Meet or exceed projected monthly KPIs.
- Building rapport with customers and maintaining good relationships.
- Follow prepared sales scripts to provide accurate information about a product, features, and benefits.
- Able to handle difficult clients and continually improve sales techniques.
- Promote products or services using persuasive language and techniques.
- Suggest new ways to promote company offerings, create organic growth, and increase reach to consumers.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or conducting sales calls.
- Demonstrated ability and comfort in engaging in daily sales call activities.
- Proficient in utilizing computers, equipped with a robust internet connection, and possess a dedicated work laptop.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Capable of effectively managing multiple tasks, setting priorities, and adeptly managing time.
- Exemplary attention to detail to ensure adherence to high-quality standards in deliverables.
- Proficiency in identifying, conceptualizing, and championing innovative and unconventional solutions.
