About the role

  • Perform outbound sales calls to customers on existing databases.
  • Cold-calling prospective clients and explaining our products to them.
  • Upsell the products to customers by sharing the companys promotions or deals.
  • Meet or exceed projected monthly KPIs.
  • Building rapport with customers and maintaining good relationships.

Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or conducting sales calls.

  • Proficient in utilizing computers, equipped with a robust internet connection, and possess a dedicated work laptop.
  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Capable of effectively managing multiple tasks, setting priorities, and adeptly managing time.
  • Exemplary attention to detail to ensure adherence to high-quality standards in deliverables.
  • Proficiency in identifying, conceptualizing, and championing innovative and unconventional solutions.
