Counselor

• Accueillir et accompagner les locataires (réclamations, suivi de demandes ...)
• Réaliser des états des lieux entrants, sortants, visites conseils, et veille technique
• Gérer les sinistres (suivi, accompagnement, expertise, commande de travaux)
• Participer aux réunions locataires, veille sociale
• Contribuer à la qualité de service et à la satisfaction client

• Gather recruitment needs from managers
• Write and post job advertisements via our ATS
• Conduct sourcing and pre-screening of applicants
• Organize recruitment panels and participate in interviews
• Track applications through to hiring
• Prepare the arrival of new employees
• Organize and coordinate the integration/onboarding process
• Support managers in welcoming new hires
• Monitor probationary periods and conduct integration reviews
• Inform and advise managers and employees on day-to-day HR matters
• Contribute to the implementation of HR procedures
• Ensure compliance with and implementation of the GEPP (strategic workforce and skills planning agreement)
• Participate in rolling out HR development initiatives
