About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather recruitment needs from managers
- Write and post job advertisements via our ATS
- Conduct sourcing and pre-screening of applicants
- Organize recruitment panels and participate in interviews
- Track applications through to hiring
- Prepare the arrival of new employees
- Organize and coordinate the integration/onboarding process
- Support managers in welcoming new hires
- Monitor probationary periods and conduct integration reviews
- Inform and advise managers and employees on day-to-day HR matters
- Contribute to the implementation of HR procedures
- Ensure compliance with and implementation of the GEPP (strategic workforce and skills planning agreement)
- Participate in rolling out HR development initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Human Resources or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a generalist HR role
- Proficient with office software
- Proficient with an HRIS (SIRH)
- Proficient with an ATS
