About the role
- Actively prospect (Hunter) new clients in the Transportation and Logistics segment, using a consultative and specialized approach.
- Identify and translate clients' operational complexities into appropriate insurance solutions.
- Contribute directly to the company's sustainable growth and portfolio expansion in the sector.
- Conduct commercial visits and diagnostic meetings to understand logistics operations and identify insurable risks.
- Provide relevant risk information for the preparation of commercial proposals.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of new opportunities.
- Develop strategies and action plans to achieve targets.
- Promote and drive the company culture.
- Implement Alper's policies, processes and procedures.
- Interface with other departments across the company.
- Participate in results reporting meetings with Alper's Board of Directors and Vice Presidency.
- Support the development of new products.
- Provide support to partners and company branches.
- Review materials/studies to be delivered to clients.
Requirements
- University degree (Bachelor's) completed.
- Experience in commercial/sales roles within insurance for the Logistics sector.
- Solid knowledge of transportation insurance lines, Logistics and Fleet.
- Familiarity with Risk Management and Technology.
