About the role

  • Drive the Unit's growth through prospecting and closing new clients (hunting), ensuring financial targets are met and the commercial pipeline is optimized.
  • Serve as the client's strategic focal point, leading high-level negotiations and promoting cross-sell across all Alper business areas, ensuring the best commercial terms and client retention.
  • Prospect new clients for the Unit (from initial contact to closing).
  • Maintain strong relationships with all Alper business units (BUs), promoting cross-sell opportunities.
  • Ensure achievement of financial results/targets by following the negotiation stages.
  • Keep the pipeline up to date, providing daily information during the mapping/negotiation process.
  • Ensure the presentation of the best commercial terms negotiated with insurers and secure specific conditions for the business.
  • Support the client by coordinating between areas to contribute to client retention in the portfolio.
  • Initiate, renew and expand the commercial and service relationship between the brokerage and the client.
  • Conduct periodic meetings with the insured.
  • Negotiate with technical team / placement.
  • Monitor policies, expirations and the premium payment and collection flow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a quantitative field.
  • Commercial experience in the insurance market (brokerage and/or insurer).
  • Broad, generalist knowledge across insurance lines, especially Corporate Risk.
  • English is desirable.
