About the role
- Expand the client portfolio through consultative and strategic advisory, identifying specific needs to offer the best insurance and investment solutions.
- Provide consultative service to clients, using active listening to identify risk profiles and financial needs.
- Act as a technical intermediary between the policyholder and insurers, ensuring smooth processes and clarity in negotiations.
- Advise policyholders on selecting insurance products, investments, and personal finance solutions, based on technical market knowledge.
- Manage the sales cycle ethically, prioritizing product suitability to the client’s profile.
- Maintain strict control of proposals, manage the client portfolio, and monitor individual targets.
- Ensure organization and discipline in performing administrative and commercial routines.
- Safeguard professional confidentiality and ethics when handling sensitive information and clients’ personal data.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Experience in consultative sales.
- Experience selling financial products (banks, credit cards, consortia, pension plans, etc.).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
