About the role

  • Expand the client portfolio through consultative and strategic advisory, identifying specific needs to offer the best insurance and investment solutions.
  • Provide consultative service to clients, using active listening to identify risk profiles and financial needs.
  • Act as a technical intermediary between the policyholder and insurers, ensuring smooth processes and clarity in negotiations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Experience in consultative sales.
  • Experience selling financial products (banks, credit cards, consortia, pension plans, etc.).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
