About the role

  • Ensure billing kits are accurately checked and sent to clients within the established SLA to guarantee payments are made by their due dates.
  • Receive and verify client-submitted movement files, ensuring they comply with contractual rules.
  • When analysis of the Enrollment Proposal is required, be responsible for checking, sending and following up with the insurer and the client.
  • Upload files to insurers' websites or send them by e-mail when required.
  • Download invoices via insurers' websites/channels, verify them and send them to clients; if inconsistencies are found, return them to the insurer for adjustments.
  • Store files provided by clients and insurers in each client's internal system.
  • Prepare reports and allocations using internal tools, according to the model requested by the client.
  • Send billing kits within the established SLA containing the required files, by e-mail or through the system to clients.
  • Negotiate extensions for payment slip (boleto) due dates with providers if there is a failure or delay from the Area.
  • Address clients' questions via e-mail or telephone.
  • Post endorsements in Alper’s internal system.
  • Keep internal controls duly completed and up to date.
  • Propose improvements to the processes under your responsibility.
  • Contribute to the training of Insurance Technicians I.
  • Participate in meetings with clients.
  • Focus on Corporate clients.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; college studies in Administration, Insurance or related fields preferred.
  • Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Basic knowledge of Group Life Insurance.
  • Behavioral: commitment to quality of deliverables; organized, analytical, good communication skills.
  • Must reside in São Paulo (city).
