About the role
- Responsible for acquiring new logos in the BLX region.
- Developing and executing tailored account strategies that maximise customer value and drive revenue growth.
- Applying proven and structured sales methodologies tailored to the target companies and industries.
- Surpassing sales targets through a dynamic and results-driven sales strategy.
- Creating a strong sales pipeline by prospecting, generating high-quality leads, and expertly qualifying them.
- Uncovering and analysing customer business needs and transforming them into opportunities.
- Conducting ROI exercises demonstrating undeniable value at every stage of the sales cycle.
- Delivering captivating product demonstrations and crafting compelling proposals to close contracts.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, at a native or near-native level, is mandatory.
- French Fluency is a plus.
- Track record consistently excelling in B2B SaaS Enterprise Software sales.
- Expertise in implementing structured value selling methodologies.
- Deep knowledge of a variety of industries, particularly with logistics/Supply Chain processes, is a significant advantage.
- Networking, hunting for new customer relationships, and confidently engaging with senior managers and executives (C-level).
- Thriving in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment where adaptability is key.
- An entrepreneurial mindset; self-driven, dynamic, resilient, and relentlessly focused on achieving results.
