About the role

  • Take ownership of the full sales process in the Iberia region to win TMS deals
  • Achieve sales targets by developing and executing an efficient sales strategy and plan, targeting new accounts
  • Foster and strengthen strategic relationships with key customers and regional influencers
  • Participate in regional industry events to drive sustainable growth and ensure retention
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Alpega TMS, from a business and technical perspective
  • Collaborate closely with Presales Engineers to deliver tailored Alpega Software presentations
  • Analyze and comprehend customers' business needs to convert them into opportunities
  • Work closely with Marketing and Product Teams, providing customer feedback and recommendations

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of working experience in B2B Sales
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, at a native or near-native level, is mandatory
  • Consistent success in B2B SaaS/logistics Software sales/account management, leveraging a structured value/solution-selling methodology
  • Strong communication skills, encompassing both verbal and non-verbal aspects, as well as exceptional written abilities
  • Confident and adept at customer engagement
  • Strong, critical, and analytical thinking
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
  • Excellent organisational skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
