About the role

  • Develop and execute tailored account strategies that maximize customer value, deepen long-term partnerships, and drive revenue growth across complex logistics organizations.
  • Build multi-year account plans with clear growth trajectories, cross-selling opportunities, and expansion milestones.
  • Lead the full commercial cycle—from opportunity identification to value articulation, proposal development, negotiations, and Closed won.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Customer Success to deliver impactful product demonstrations and solution positioning.
  • Manage a performance-driven mindset by building pipeline, forecasting, prioritizing, and actively driving all open opportunities towards committed success.

Requirements

  • Local language skills of assigned region (e.g German; English is our internal business language)
  • Additional EU languages are an advantage.
  • Good understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS enterprise sales or account management.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture long-lasting relationships.
  • Confident operating in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
