About the role

  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder programs - balancing strategic intent with hands-on execution and operational pragmatism.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience or proven ability in program or project management within a SaaS or tech-driven business.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, internal operations, and cross-functional dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a pragmatic and solution-driven mindset.
  • Certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) are a plus but not required — a strong track record of getting things done is what matters most.
