About the role

  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder programs - balancing strategic intent with hands-on execution and operational pragmatism.
  • Collaborate with executive sponsors and cross-functional teams to define program objectives, success metrics, and governance structures.
  • Translate business strategy into actionable program roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities.
  • Drive program execution through effective project management practices, risk mitigation, and resource coordination.
  • Lead teams through change with empathy and positivity, fostering engagement and adoption across varying functional groups.
  • Proactively manage communication at all levels — from detailed progress reports to executive narratives — ensuring clarity and confidence in delivery.
  • Identify friction points, propose pragmatic solutions, and champion incremental improvements that optimize how programs are run.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience or proven ability in program or project management within a SaaS or tech-driven business.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, internal operations, and cross-functional dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a pragmatic and solution-driven mindset.
  • Certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) are a plus but not required — a strong track record of getting things done is what matters most.
