About the role

  • Take ownership of the full sales process in the DACH region to win TMS deals
  • Achieve sales targets by developing and executing an efficient sales strategy and plan, targeting new accounts
  • Foster and strengthen strategic relationships with key customers, regional influencers, and participate in regional industry events
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Alpega TMS, both from a business and technical perspective
  • Collaborate closely with Presales Engineers to deliver Alpega Software presentations

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5+ years of working experience in B2B Sales
  • Fluency in German and English, at a native or near-native level
  • Consistently successful in B2B SaaS Enterprise Software sales/account management
  • Leveraging a structured value/solution-selling methodology
  • Strong, critical, and analytical thinking with an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
  • Excellent organisational skills
