About the role
- Ensure the efficient management and smooth running of all Airport/Train Station student transfers
- Manage the performance of the Airport Representative Team
- Maintain positive relationships with our transfer providers
- Quality controlling every aspect of transfers
- Completing all administrative tasks speedily and professionally
- Manage all staff effectively and respectfully
- Safeguard and promote the wellbeing of all students in our care
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders in our camps, head office, transfer providers and customer care teams
- Effectively manage and respond to student/parent/agent complaints
- Ensure the administration, in terms of weekend departure/arrival data and UM details are well organised and delivered to partners on time
- Manage your working relationships professionally and sensitively
Requirements
- Management experience in junior education / learning
- Experience in working at airports or train station in a similar position
- Experience working with juniors
- Experience in a role involving organisation /travel/ education
- Ability to manage a team of diverse personalities and skills
- Professional experience in holiday course centres or similar structure
- High sense of responsibility, organisation and initiative
- Ability to multitask and overcome stressful situations
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children and young people
- A positive attitude to the use of authority and maintaining discipline
- First Degree or similar
- A high degree of IT competency - Outlook & MS Office (specifically Excel)
