About the role

  • Ensure the efficient management and smooth running of all Airport/Train Station student transfers
  • Manage the performance of the Airport Representative Team
  • Maintain positive relationships with our transfer providers
  • Quality controlling every aspect of transfers
  • Completing all administrative tasks speedily and professionally
  • Manage all staff effectively and respectfully
  • Safeguard and promote the wellbeing of all students in our care
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders in our camps, head office, transfer providers and customer care teams
  • Effectively manage and respond to student/parent/agent complaints
  • Ensure the administration, in terms of weekend departure/arrival data and UM details are well organised and delivered to partners on time
  • Manage your working relationships professionally and sensitively

Requirements

  • Management experience in junior education / learning
  • Experience in working at airports or train station in a similar position
  • Experience working with juniors
  • Experience in a role involving organisation /travel/ education
  • Ability to manage a team of diverse personalities and skills
  • Professional experience in holiday course centres or similar structure
  • High sense of responsibility, organisation and initiative
  • Ability to multitask and overcome stressful situations
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children and young people
  • A positive attitude to the use of authority and maintaining discipline
  • First Degree or similar
  • A high degree of IT competency - Outlook & MS Office (specifically Excel)
