About the role
- Architect the GTM Playbook by defining segmentation, messaging, and CRM workflows.
- Drive Tier-1 deals from discovery to signed integration personally.
- Manage, motivate, and develop the CSM team, responsible for their KPIs and career growth plans.
- Create a feedback loop with Product and Engineering to align the roadmap with market needs.
- Define success rituals such as qualification standards and pipeline hygiene for operational excellence.
Requirements
- Proven track record of running full-cycle enterprise sales (prospect → pitch → close) while managing a team of 2–5 people.
- Comfortable experimenting with A/B outreach, sequencing, and offer tests to build an outbound engine from scratch.
- Ability to translate complex product features into quantified ROI for leaders at major game studios.
- Experience giving candid feedback and keeping a remote or multi-geo team engaged.
- Build systems and live by pipeline hygiene as a power user of CRM data.
