About the role
- Build and own a repeatable outbound sales motion with defined segmentation, messaging, and workflows.
- Personally drive Tier-1 deals from discovery to signed integration.
- Manage, motivate, and develop the Customer Success Management team.
- Create a feedback loop with Product and Engineering based on publisher needs.
- Define pipelines and provide visibility into deal health for the CEO.
Requirements
- Proven track record of running full-cycle enterprise sales.
- Comfortable experimenting with A/B outreach, sequencing, and offer tests.
- Ability to translate complex product features into quantified ROI.
- Experience in keeping a remote or multi-geo team engaged.
- Power user of CRM data with a focus on pipeline hygiene.
