About the role

  • Build and own a repeatable outbound sales motion with defined segmentation, messaging, and workflows.
  • Personally drive Tier-1 deals from discovery to signed integration.
  • Manage, motivate, and develop the Customer Success Management team.
  • Create a feedback loop with Product and Engineering based on publisher needs.
  • Define pipelines and provide visibility into deal health for the CEO.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of running full-cycle enterprise sales.

  • Ability to translate complex product features into quantified ROI.
  • Experience in keeping a remote or multi-geo team engaged.
