About the role

  • Lead the commercial and technical strategy on the Google platform (GCP, Workspace and Education), driving revenue growth through complex, consultative sales.
  • Ensure alignment between technological solutions and customers' business needs, maintaining a close relationship with the manufacturer to leverage market opportunities.
  • Define and execute the sales plan aligned with organizational objectives, using market analysis and trends in Cloud Computing and AI.
  • Manage and motivate internal and virtual (cross-functional) sales teams, developing skills and ensuring the delivery of effective solutions under pressure.
  • Act as the focal point, building bridges for opportunity progression and technical-commercial support.
  • Maintain and expand the key customer base, identifying Upsell and Cross-sell needs in collaboration with the manufacturer.
  • Lead long sales cycles and high-value negotiations, ensuring the closing of robust, customized contracts.
  • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, sales volume and average cycle, adjusting strategic direction whenever necessary.

Requirements

  • Expertise in consultative sales and vendor/manufacturer relationship management.
  • Technical architecture perspective, Google licensing knowledge and awareness of trends (AI, Big Data).
  • Solid experience in technical and complex sales and team management.
  • Proficiency with the Google GCP console, Workspace and the Education segment.
  • Academic background: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or IT.
  • Preferred: MBA or postgraduate degree in Business Management or related areas.
